Eagle Interiors, Inc. was founded in 1995 on Long Island in Farmingdale, New York. The privately held company through the leadership of its President, Michael Perrotta, has grown from a General Contracting firm primarily constructing commercial interior office space to a diverse organization providing:

Our main office is located in Farmingdale, New York, which is home to our President, Senior Vice Presidents and Division Management. Our General Administrative Operations, which include finance/accounting, payroll and human resources are also located in the main office. Our office operation provides executive oversight and administrative support to our project staff in the field.
Currently, we employ over 27 professionals and technicians including Senior Management, Administrative Staff, Project Managers, Superintendents, Building Supervisors, Engineers and Maintenance Personnel.
Over the last three years, Eagle has on average completed over $50 million in construction, exclusive of our facilities management and building maintenance contract work.
Our company’s diversity, size, strategic locations and experienced personnel enables us to provide a full range of construction and facilities services to all of our clients. From project conception, construction and maintenance, we meet all of our clients’ expectations. Our goal is to provide all support and personnel required to play a major role in the construction and facilities management/maintenance programs of our clients.

Administrative/ Operations
Our Administration and Operations Divisions under the direction of Mr. Perrotta is the business control center for the firms’ day to day operations. Within the Divisions are the firm’s Executive Management, Accounting/Finance, Contracts Administration and Marketing/Business Development Departments.
General Construction/Construction
Management Division
Under the direction of Carmine Sorvillo A.I.A., Eagle’s GC/CM Division has constructed numerous projects ranging from $50,000 to $160,000,000. These projects have been completed as either an “at risk” general contractor or an “at risk” Construction Manager. In addition, depending on the needs of the client, Eagle has also performed as an “Agency” Construction Manager.
Design-Build Division
With over 70 years of collective design, architectural and construction experience, Messer’s Perrotta and Sorvillo have spearheaded the firm’s Design-Build Services Group by maintaining formal affiliations with major Architectural/Engineering firms and through strong relationships with the subcontracting community, have successfully delivered many quality projects over to their clients.
Facilities Management/Building Maintenance Services Division
Since its inception, a keystone service provided by Eagle has been and continues to be Facilities Management and Building Maintenance Services to major corporations such as OSI Pharmaceuticals, J.P. Morgan Chase and Astoria Federal Savings Bank. Under the direction of Parmanand Sarju, Eagle develops and administers structured Facilities Management and scheduled Building Maintenance Services programs for its clients.
